Delegate Registration Form

To reserve a place on any of the open courses, please complete and then submit the delegate registration form below - we will send an email by return to confirm that we have received your request.

Booking terms and conditions:

All courses are run at city centre locations and the course fee includes lunch (one-day courses only), refreshments and delegate documentation. Delegates can register from 9.00am. Courses start at 9.30am and finish at approximately 5.00pm (Registration for the half-day Dealing With Media Enquiries course is at 1.00pm with the course starting at 1.30pm and finishing at approximately 5.00pm).

Cancellations will be accepted in writing up to 14 days in advance of the course and the full fee refunded. Bookings can not be cancelled within 13 days of the course although at our discretion we may allow the delegate place to be transferred to another course. Delegate substitutions may be made at any time prior to commencement of the course.
