Can you run courses at our premises?
Yes, all of our courses are suitable for in-house delivery and we also design and deliver bespoke training to meet specific needs. Click here for further details |

Can you handle groups of mixed experience or ability?
Yes, we can design the course to suit both experienced participants who want to refresh or enhance their abilities, and those with limited or no experience who need to develop skills and build confidence. |

What are your fees for in-house courses?
Fees for in-house training depend on a number of factors. How many people you would like to train, the location (your premises or a training centre/studio), the course length (typically one day but we also offer half-day sessions for smaller groups or when time is tight), and any special requirements you may have. What is the dress code on your open courses?
We do not have a dress code on our courses so please feel free to wear whatever you are comfortable in. The majority of delegates dress smart/casual. |

What time do the open courses start and finish?
Delegates can register from 9.00am, courses start at 9.30am and finish at approximately 5.00pm. (Registration for the half-day Dealing With Media Enquiries course is at 1.00pm with the course starting at 1.30pm and finishing at approximately 5.00pm). |

Where are the open courses held?
All courses are held at city centre locations close to main line stations - please contact us for details of individual locations for each city centre. |

Can open places be cancelled once booked?
Cancellations will be accepted in writing up to 21 days in advance of the course and the full fee refunded. Delegate substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of the course. |

Can we pay by credit or debit card?
We can accept payment by credit or debit card via RBS WorldPay. Please contact the course administrator on 01952 201338 to use this facility. |
