A half-day course designed to help all staff - ranging from Receptionists and PAs to Junior Managers - who may find themselves as the first port of call for journalists making enquiries.
The course will enhance confidence and effectiveness in dealing with day to day press and broadcasting enquiries. There will be specific advice about crisis situations and how to take appropriate and timely action.
