Blogging has taken the digital world by storm, a new era of citizen journalism has been heralded in many quarters.

But just what is this new revolution about? This practical one-day course provides an essential guide to blogging - guiding you through the process of creating a successful, hard-working blog that can have a powerful effect on your marketing and communications.

Using the latest technology your blog can take a central role in your social media strategy or even be used as your main website. New blogging platforms enable you to send posts via email, live stream events and integrate easily with Twitter.

The course is led by digital media consultant and trainer Keith Errington. Keith has worked with many of the top design consultancies in Britain helping them to improve their digital presence.

As a writer he has been editor of Internet Publishing, and authored a regular column for Graphics International on technical and management issues. He has also acted as an adviser on articles in Creative Review, Direction Magazine, Hot Shoe International and the Financial Times.

As a training course leader, he has created and delivered a wide range of courses for the University of the Arts London covering a variety of topics connected with the Internet, marketing and design. Keith is an Associate Lecturer at the University,  delivering an elective on Internet Marketing for their MA course.
