How do I reserve a place on a course? |
To reserve a delegate place on a course, please complete and return the online registration form registration form.....

Can you run courses at our premises? |
Yes, all of our courses are suitable for in-house delivery and we also design and deliver bespoke training to meet specific needs. Click here for further details.... |

Can you handle groups of mixed experience or ability? |
|
Yes, we can design the course to suit both experienced participants who want to refresh or enhance their abilities, and those with limited or no experience who need to develop skills and build confidence. |

What are your fees for in-house courses? |
|
Fees for in-house training depend on a number of factors. How many people you would like to train, the location (your premises or a training centre/studio), the course length (typically one day but we also offer half-day sessions for smaller groups or when time is tight), and any special requirements you may have.

What is the dress code on your courses? |
|
We do not have a dress code on our courses so please feel free to wear whatever you are comfortable in. Most delegates dress smart/casual. |

What time do the open courses start and finish? |
|
Delegates can register from 0900 courses start at 0930 and finish at approximately 1700. (Registration for the half-day Dealing With Media Enquiries course is at 1300 with the course starting at 1330 and finishing at approximately 1700). |

Where are the open courses held? |
|
All courses are held at city centre locations close to main line stations - please contact us for details of individual locations for each city centre. |

Can open course places be cancelled once booked? |
|
Once a booking has been made in writing, cancellations will be accepted up to 14 days in advance of the course and the full fee refunded.
Delegate substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of the course. |

Can we pay by credit card? |
|
We can accept payment by credit or debit card.
